Anti-cancer effect of Mustard seeds

The results of this study strongly suggest the cancer chemopreventive potentials of mustard seeds and their ability to enhance the antioxidant defense system.  In turn it provides protection against the toxic effects of carcinogens. It is likely that the use of mustard seeds in the diet may contribute to reducing the risk of cancer incidence and burden in the human population.
